I was given by Mak this bottle of vitamin cus I think I have eating disorder. Well, I eat twice a day and the amount of my food intake is very small which caused me losing 4 kg ! Wow, from 48 kg till 44 kg. Underweight ! And I cant donate my blood ! ( which needs a person who weigh 45 kg and above). I hope that this vitamin can help me to gain more weight.
